This notice explains how Tabei Publishing Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the website tabeipublishing.com. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").

What we collect
This is an informational website. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics, and runs no third-party tracking. We collect personal data in only two limited ways:
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical access data (including IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser type) for the operation and security of the site. This is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in keeping the site available and secure, and is retained only for a short period before deletion or aggregation.
Email. If you write to us at the address above, we process the contents of your message and your email address in order to read and reply to you (Art. 6(1)(f); or Art. 6(1)(b) where your message concerns a contract or its initiation). We keep such correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law.
Who receives it
We do not sell or share personal data for marketing. Data may be processed on our behalf by our hosting and email providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not intend to transfer your data outside the EEA; where a provider necessitates this, it is done under an appropriate safeguard recognised by the GDPR.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data and to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us at info@tabeipublishing.com.
